Your experience with will be contactless while completing your request, unless otherwise specified, be sure that the quality of your item or customer service will not be sacrificed. I will maintain regular communication during every step of the way and with every decision made!

 

 FAQS

  • I have sewn a variety of items during my sewing journey, from clothing to home décor. It’s easier for me to say the only item I do not offer are men’s suits. Even if you request an item I have not made before I’m normally up for the challenge!

    1. Submit your online request.

    2. I will get in contact with you for any clarifications I may need about your request.

    3. If I am able to take on your project, I send you an invoice for payment.

    4. Once your specified deposit is paid we schedule a start date.

    5. Before the start date, I gather fabric samples for you, if needed, and you select which fabric you would like for your project. Then your fabric is purchased.

    6. We communicate about other details that I may need from you such as measurements for clothing, etc.

    7. Once the project is completed, we will have a zoom call to review the item together before it is shipped to you.

  • A minimum of 3 weeks (15 business days) for custom items. If your project will exceed this time frame you will be notified in advance.

  • I am located in Stockbridge, GA. However, due to the ongoing Covid Pandemic, all communication with clients will be via non-contact methods (such as by phone, email, Zoom, etc.) to maintain the safety of everyone. Thank you for understanding and I apologize for any inconvenience.

  • All payments are made through PayPal by means of an emailed invoice.

  • I have been sewing since 2007.

  • Completed orders are mailed using Priority Mail through USPS. You are responsible for the shipping cost.

  • Hopefully this does not happen, but in the event that it does, I will ensure that you end up with the item you were expecting. No worries.
